Meeting Times and Location

Club meetings are held at the Canadiana Restaurant, the Six Points Plaza, 5230 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke (416 239 1114), on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Beginning with Mass at 6:30 PM, Serra hospitality and fellowship then precede a hot served meal.

Our honoured guest speaker informs us on a topic of interest or concern to Catholics. This is an essential part of Serra's 'University of Christian Principles' program to inspire our members to discover and fulfill their own personal vocation to service. The speaker is usually a priest, so this provides an opportunity to fulfill another Serra objective, that of expressing support, encouragement and appreciation to our clergy.

The Board of Trustees meets on the 3rd Monday of each month.

Members

Single women, single men and couples - Total 32. New members would be welcomed.

Annual Dues

Annual Club dues $444.00, payable quarterly This includes the cost of meals at all regular Club meetings and the membership fees of both Serra Canada Council and Serra International.

Annual Club Activities

Our members participate in annual joint Toronto Serra Club events such as: Serra's Ordinandi Dinner, Serra's Altar Server Awards, and Serra's Priest Appreciation Night Dinner. We host a special Family Christmas party and a summer Family Barbeque. Another feature is an annual Club Retreat directed by our Chaplain. A number of Club members also serve on Committees at the Regional, National and International levels of Serra.
